Default Laurent Brondel Guitars

Anyone here's had the chance to play a Laurent Brondel Guitar?
Mind sharing your experience/opinion?

Thanks.

Laurent is amongst the best-of-the-best builders in today's handcrafted marketplace.

I have played several of his instruments at the various guitar shows, and they have always been superb instruments.

All of what is said above and much more. Laurent's instruments are of master wood working/lutherie quality. I now own one of his B-3c model builds in Adi/coco and cherish the guitars tone, playability, aesthetics and overall meticulous craftsmanship... superlatives to highest degree! Lite As A Feather!

Sounds like he really is a good luthier.
Has anyone had the opportunity of playing a D-5?

He's a first-rate builder. Order before his prices go up.

I've played a few of Laurent's guitars and one thing that immediately stood out was Laurent's exceptional attention to detail. Upon the first strum of any of his guitars, the exceptional tonal qualities the owners of his guitars have mentioned comes to light. I've found I personally prefer his smaller bodied guitars, but all are exceptional.

Laurent is also a very knowledgable, genuinely nice person whom is a pleasure to speak to.

I have an A2 made of Wenge and Carpathian Spruce. Laurent installed a K&K Western Mini and I use the guitar live at gigs here in Bakersfield. He also sent me a Sonic Blue Strat that is just an amazing electric made from Mahogany. I play it through a 1958 Fender Tweed Deluxe and it makes all of my friends jealous.

Laurent is an amazing guitarist, acoustic and electric builder.

Yes, I played this one and was thoroughly impressed with everything and simply amazed at how loud it was compared to its size. It's a much different sound than one can expect from larger guitars but it was quite nice.

I haven't played a D5 but have owned a D3. As others have mentioned about Laurent's guitars, this guitar was beautifully built with incredible attention to detail. The sound was wonderfully clear with excellent note separation. Laurent is a great guy to deal with too... I would love to hear about the D5 if you ever get to play or own one. Cheers, Berf
