DENNIS OVERTON GUITARS - HISTORY

Recently picked up a used Dennis Overton dreadnaught. It is a very nice sounding guitar. Compares very favorably to other higher end guitars. Adirondak spruce top & Brazilian Kingwood back and sides.

Just wondering if anyone has any addition info on these guitars. Is Dennis still making guitars? Did he study under anybody?

I have searched and come up with limited info. Any additional information would be very much appreciated.
