CSN Galloup Eclipse
We just put the final touches on this custom Eclipse model. Aside from being a killer sounding guitar, the Crosby, Stills and Nash inlay fit nicely in the 12 fret neck.
 We added touches like this Art Deco stepped bridge to match the Lloyd Loar inspired tong extension.  In the end, the over all look took on a pretty cool feel.

Thanks Trevor, this inlay style was developed by Will in our CNC department and myself last summer. It was not an easy task, basically forcing three software programs to co-exist that did not want to cooperate with each other. Once we cleared that hurtle it's all down to concept and imagination.
The CSN inlay is quite simple but others we've developed have multiple object and layers making them quite complex but the payoff was spectacular. We can cut and inlay anything but I'm currently focusing on polymers, mainly due to the Lacey act's restrictions on many items, pearl included and I like the color availability with other materials. I posted this last year when it was first cut but here's Jail House Elvis on a finished guitar. He was also basically a simple project to develop.
