Great article!

The double drop D tuning was also used by Page for Going to California, and by Doobie Bros in Black Water.

I'd love to see a compendium of songs in open tunings. I like to learn different songs in particular tunings to make the most if my time playing in them.

Thank you! I did 3 instructional DVD's in the 1990's and then my Guitar Artistry DVD in 2008.
