Default How to learn to flat pick?

I have always played fingerstyle and I'd like to learn to flat pick but I can't find tutorials and/or youtube videos dedicated to this technique and to music related to it. It looks like everybody teaches fingerpicking.
Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

+1 to Music with Ryan!

Another really good option if you don't mind a book, is the Flatpicking Essentials series. I saw it suggested here quite a few times, and took a chance and bought volume 1 and 2 a few weeks ago. Really well done, descriptive, and takes you through a natural progression. I can see why it's recommended so often.
