I listen to Americana or classic 70s rock.
Depending on how lucky/unlucky you are you could walk in on me washing up to a Darrell Scott, Tim O'Brien or Wailin' Jennies album.
Or something like Moontan by Golden Earring

Lately it’s been music by the various members of the Uranga family of Bilbao, Spain, Mocedades, Sergio y Estíbaliz, and El Consorcio.

I once played Pink Floyd's 'Division Bell' at cranked volume, six to ten hours a day for nearly 3 weeks while working on my boat (32' 1937-vintage power yacht) during an especially grueling haul-out; all my other tapes were in storage except the one that got left in the take deck...just played over and over on 'auto-reverse'. None of the other boat guys ever complained...in fact a lot of them loved it...loud enough to be heard over various saws, grinders, swearing...

That boat was my home for 19 years, including while it was up on jack-stands in the boatyard for haul-outs.

"Mack The Knife". Good for both dishes and house painting. (It builds and things seem to go faster in the midst of dance.) This is not for the faint of heart. Caution is required if you try this at home.

“Radio” channels or music podcasts, like Nothing But The Blues or Mostly Folk, or anything else that exposes me to stuff I haven’t heard.
But currently listening to the Dolly Parton’s America podcast - fantastic!

Completely "what I was in the mood for already." There's no rhyme or reason beyond, "I chose that playlist."

My wife, on the other hand, Paul Simon's Graceland every single time.

Most of the time I listen to LuxuriaMusic.com, or jazz on either WBGO-FM or Jazz Radio, using my surprisingly satisfying Ikea Eneby bluetooth speaker, streamed from my iPhone:
