Beautiful looking and sounding guitar Dennis.

I posted a "new guitar day" thread in the main section as I figured it might get a few more views there.

Please, head on over, all comments and questions welcomed!

If your wanting one built contact me and we can go over all the details of your build, just to make sure you are getting exactly what you have in mind.
By the way, I like the satin finish as well.
Unfortunately want and can or should are miles apart I'm going to have to make some serious progress as a player before I'd ever be comfy spending that kind of money, but if I ever do I've got this thread bookmarked!

Thanks Tom, I didn't think of counting the miter joints, no wonder it took me a while to do.

Default Soundclips

Alright, just thought I would update you all now that the "honeymoon" period is over.

I'm still in love with this guitar and it is both the nicest acoustic that I have played and owned. The neck is killer. I have done one string change, changed the Pearse's out for Elixirs. I will probably go back to the Pearse's. The Elixir's have a bit more sustain but they both sound good. It is a very versatile guitar and like most good guitars it stays in tune very well.

The soundclips are all on standard tuning. The guitar is strung with light Elixir Nanowebs that have been well played in. I used a Dava pick and my fingers for all clips. They were recorded on a zoom H4N using the Mic and no pickup, with no signal processing. I did record them a touch too quiet since I hardly use the H4N, and I was playing a bit softer then usual, what can I say, it's Sunday morning. Please excuse my poor playing, the fellow that does most of Dennis' sound clips is much better than myself, but I am having a blast playing and hopefully improving a bit too

This has a capo at the third fret

Let me know if the soundclips don't work.
