Anyone a member of Spytunes?

I found the Spytunes site through youtube and it looks interesting with high quality video and a lesson plan of sorts. Last week I made a small donation to get a 30 day membership and the PDF of "The Guitar Conspiracy" but I have had no contact from them nor have I received the pdf. I was wondering if anyone has had better luck with this site?
