Anyone have the music for Mombasa?
I am looking for the music for Mombasa by Tommy Emmanuel. I haven't tried any of his music but I'm up for putting my old classical chops to work.

Go directly to Tommy's web site and buy the book for his cd - "Only." It is very good.
http://www.tommyemmanuel.com/new/index.htm Or even better - do what I did. Go to one of his concerts and buy it and have him sign it.

You can get it from this site >>
http://www.acousticpower.com/ Tommy E. songs >> http://www.acousticpower.com/variousE-L.html You need to download the free Powertab editor, also linked from the site. Once you get the powertab editor, a whole new world will open up. There are hundreds of songs tabbed out there, and the powertab editor allows you to listen to how the song should be played. (only in midi though)

Thanks, 2 great resources. I think I'll buy the book - it is supposed to be note for note. Now if I could just play that well. Tommy Emmanuel is scheduled to be all of the US by mid '05. I'm going to make sure to see him as he passes through the SF Bay area.
