saw them trimming the plates when I was at the shop Monday - the pics just barely do it justice -

Here's a freshly sanded box. The dovetail is about to be cut... next step will be fitting, then carving, the neck.

Nice set of Coco. I probably would have requested a different backstrip and gone for a deep body to match Martin's Jumbo series, but then again, I'm in no position to afford this sort of guitar. Would love to hear sound clips once you've received it!

Here’s the neck carved & bound, waiting for finish. The box and neck are heading to finish later today. I can’t wait to see that beautiful Cocobolo under finish.
