Default Somewhere over the Rainbow Chord?

http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/...ainbow_crd.htm

I know a rookie question I'm quite sure but what am I missing here? That's a link to Ulitmate Guitars version of Somewhere over the Rainbow. Where my musical confusion comes in (the brige)
"Someday I'll wish upon a star, at any rate, It starts out there with C, then Csus, to C6. It sounds like there should be some kind of chord substitution that would give me a do-able walk up from C? I'm working up a really pretty, allbeit simple, finger picked version of the song and I confess I'm stumped. Any help appreciated.

huh. I play it in G, and it goes: G/C/Em in the version I saw (which sounds fine). So in C, that'd be C/F/Am.

Have you noticed how much of a breath you have to take to sing through that little bridge part? It's one of the three toughest phrases in my repertoire. If I don't exercise for a week, I run out of breath about "stars" and "far behind me" comes out in a gasp.
