My guess is that they did it that way in order to have reverb added to delays rather than have the repeats sound dry.

Both the reverb and chorus are aux send type effects that can be sent to from multiple channels.
Wow you learn something new every day. I've had my d68 (now mkII) for years
And never k9new this. I guess I've only been using one ch. And assigning delay
To presets. Using a small mixer to
Mix vocal and guitar or just mandolin.
So I never tried to assign delay to two
Channels...now I gotta go try. Fun.
Just got my mkII conversion back.
Juries still out. I CAN say it's my original
Box. Because I marked it. But I thought
It odd that there was no charger...am I to assume the old charger also works on
The new lithium battery?? Seems odd.
I like it so far.

What he was saying is you can only use delay on one channel, but reverb and chorus can be used on all channels

Given that my deal was a complete exchange for my Sunburst Gear amp, I did get a charger however I wrote EAE to let them know the cord was so short from the adapter to the amp that with my speaker stand in the lowest position the adapter partly dangles in the air. They said "we will look into come up with an optional extension soon to address this issue."

I ordered an extra power adapter a while back. I leave one at home plugged into the wall. I keep the other one in the amp case side pocket just in case I run out of battery power during a gig. In general though, on a gig I just use battery power. I just want the security of knowing I have the cable if I need it.

The stand I use is the Yorkville SKS-02B short speaker stand, which put the amp at about ear height is you are sitting down. Standing, it is a good height for making adjustments. At that height the brick part of the power supply is resting on the ground.

Yes, two large side pockets. I’ve had it a while though. Maybe they changed the design.

When I bought my d68 they said the case was forthcoming. They sent me
A lesser case with the amp. About 4 months later I receive the new better
Case with the big side pockets. It's an
Impressive case and just solidifies their
Great customer service. If you bought
Your d68 direct from eae. And didnt get
This case. I would bet an email to them
Could get you one.
I emailed them about the charger
And they responded back within 2 hrs
Saying my old charger is good to go.
I can't say enough about eae CS.

I absolutely agree! With the added power, the D6-8 has become my most used amp. It has a ridiculously good mixer, studio monitor quality sound, and it now has enough power to handle a single or an acoustic duo in most rooms with ease.
