Default Safe Place to upload WAV files, so they can be played?

I have some MP3 sites, and my creative I think can convert wAV to MP3, but is there any safe sites that allow WAV uploading? Or is it all MP3?

If you sign up for a free Skydrive account, you'll get 25gigs of online storage, that you can keep your files there, either private or public access.....it's great !! For more info, goto.....
