I like the song, but the Tabulature makes little sense to my beginner brain. Can someone explain this to me please?

Tablature:

Tuning: CGCGCE, capo 4

So how exactly do I play that?

I means you should tune your 6th string (the big one) to C, the 5th string to G, the 4th string to C, and so forth.

Then you put a capo on the fourth fret.
