Default 1999 Gibson "Early 60s Hummingbird" Reissue with OHSC and K&K pickup

I recently bought this from Jon at MFG. And I'd like to release it. No trades please... Selling probably for no good reason... and that's honest.

It is nearly twenty years old, so there are some top finish scratches/cracks - nothing through the finish. Its hard to get them to photograph, but if you rotate the guitar in the light some become visible.

The action is low. Plenty of saddle too. Expertly setup by Russo's in Asbury Park, who also installed a K&K.

And the tone is warm and all Bird. Twenty year head start over the news ones will do that. Play some Sweet Virginia and channel your inner Keeeef. These are actually very sought after Bird years - and this specific reissue model. But frankly, how long this guitar sits for sale will tell the truth about that more than my words will.

Here are a few videos of me playing her a month ago:

Price is $2200 cash/check and local pickup please in Chatham NJ. If she sells easy, that's great. But if not, happy to keep. I dont want to deal with the shipping and friction costs of payment systems at this point. Any questions please email me at salarnuk at gmail dot com

PS I have sold a gaggle of guitars on here, UMGF, and Reverb (perfect rating). Always smooth, and always great guitars, and always no issues.

Keeper... a rare word indeed. Out of my six guitars, it seems two have been demonstrated keepers, and the others kind of rotate in and out. It's fun.

Your 63 Bird is stunning. Still have it?
