Replacement tuners for Washburn ES10 resonator

I want to send new tuners as a surprise to an owner of a Washburn ES10 Resonator. The only references I can find are photos from old sale listings:

Except for the 18s on the back indicating 18:1 gear ratio, those look like Grover Mid-Size 305C Rotomatics. I was hoping someone with an ES10 could confirm that; I want to send replacements that won't require drilling new holes for the screws, let alone the posts.
