How much would you charge for a neck reset (bolt on neck)?

This question is for all the luthiers and techs. I started a separate post asking for thoughts and experiences on bolt on neck resets in the Los Angeles area. This is related but slightly different.

My question here is: How much would YOU charge to do a neck reset on an acoustic guitar with a bolt-on neck? I know this will vary depending on many factors but it would be interesting if you'd be willing to share. Thanks

There are too many variations in “bolt-on” neck design/implementation to give a single price.

Fair enough. I suppose my question was too broad. What about--how much would you charge for:
(1) removing some material off the heel to improve the neck angle (assuming nothing else was needed, not even to remove the fretboard extension from the top); and
(2) removing the neck completely to remove material from the heel, removing all the frets, re-leveling/re-radiusing the fretboard, installing new frets, and a full setup including a new nut and saddle?

So basically the lowest end and the highest end of the range.
