Colton/Smith lyric search
I've been trying to find the REAL lyrics to a 60's Brit blues song called "I Could Feel the Whole World Turn Round." It was written by Tony Colton and Ray Smith and was recorded by Shotgun Express -- a one-hit wonder band with Rod Stewart and Mick Fleetwood in the lineup. The usual sites on line have some seriously garbled lyrics -- sort of what you might find from a non-English speaker trying to sound stuff out.
It's a great groove that I'd love to perform with my missus. Anyone who can point me to the right lyrics or the location of a mp3 cut will be a big hero to me! Hey! It's only 40 years old!
