Excellent all around. Davy K certainly knows his way around a Virtuo and a looper pedal. Good decision to not try to mimic a theremin with the MIDI out. And I know that the modern day Robert Plant can not sing in the higher registers that he frequented back in the day, so Davy K’s vocal is spot in.

I had to chuckle when I saw that Joel had left a comment: a different RP!

It’s too bad they don’t sell Virtuos without the MIDI.

As best I can tell, it would only knock about $200 off the price. Probably not worth the effort, especially with one less hole in the top required.

Feel the same. Although not exactly the same, you can build an X10 Slimline without the midi.
