Default Norlund Guitars build update

My build is coming to life Here are some pics in chronological order.

Build:
- Jumbo body
- Sitka Top
- Wenge back/sides
- Ebony board
- Ebony peghead
- Ebony bridge
- Flame maple neck
- Koa Arm rest
- Koa backstrip
- Koa binding (Complete wrap)
- Abalone purfling top, sides, back, fretboard extension, fretboard, and headstock
- Abalone and Koa rosette
- Matching headstock rosette
- Custom Norse God abalone/MoP fretboard inlay (my design)
- Reindeer Horn nut/saddle
- Gotoh 510 Engraved tuners, Gold
- Slim C neck
- 1.75 nut width
- nitrocellulose finish
- Custom Top/Neck burst

Wow! This is a knockout and very creative! I think some people would reject using a great tonewood like Wenge on the grounds that it's rather plain-looking, but it also opens up the opportunity to add bold and beautiful elements like this. The end result is a guitar that is anything but plain!

Thanks! Ya she is a looker for sure I have only read positive things about the tonal properties of wenge and it was the only wood offered that I didn't already have.

Beautiful guitar, great details, fancy without being too much. Always wanted to try wenge. Was it difficult to pore fill it? Wondered about the best way with such a very porous wood.
