Great song, JLS, and a poignant story behind it. Thanks for posting.

I hope no one walks into my office right now. I look ridiculous with big red eyes. I've lost so many dogs over the years, I still miss them.
Great song and beautifully performed. frankie

Very nice and poignant song! We've all lost furry friends. And great baritone sound from that JM-1000. I have an Emerald X30 jumbo which will probably get tried as a pseudo-baritone upon its first string change.
What strings are you using, just out of curiosity? I've had some success with EJ-18 (heavy 59-14) tuned down to C-c, but that really needs a 62 bass string to work best - or go further, all the way to B-b baritone tuning. |

Love the song. My first experience with deep grief was losing my best friend, my Rottweiler "Sancha" 32 years ago. I can still feel the ache when I close my eyes and remember her. It is a special when a close bond forms between human and dog... I've had many dogs since, none quite that close.
