Default Baggs anthem in 12 string?

I just picked up a used larrivee 12 string that came with a k&k trinity pro. Love the guitar but I’m annoyed by the external preamp, and while clean tone is good, the system doesn’t play that well with my effects setup. I have a baggs anthem in my Martin 6 string that sounds great and DOES work with my effects, so I’m thinking of getting another for my larrivee. Any reason why the anthem wouldn’t work on a twelve string?

Hey Jimi2,

No reason at all. It works well. I’m pretty sure I was the first (or one of the first)
To have this done. Nine years ago! Time flys. Here’s a video sample of mine.

Don't have a recording for you, but I am also "one of those guys" who put an Anthem SL in my Mark Angus 12 string, some 8 or 9 years ago...

Worked great for me; easy to work, amplified tone... and pretty well-mannered, so far as feedback goes... so long as I wasn't an idiot about it!
