I think that it should be available on a sliding scale fee structure. Folks have to submit the full specs on their most expensive guitar and their least expensive guitar with a recording of their playing each guitar. The person who makes the worst sounding recording with the most expensive guitar gets the cheapest price. The person who makes the best recording with the cheapest guitar gets the magazine for free.

Maybe one day I can be good enough to read and understand a magazine like that.
For now, I'm content with being labeled "lousy"; which is an improvement since the adjective that used to precede lousy has been dropped: Really
