Default Original: "Warm Hearted Woman"

HI folks!
Just going over a few of my older tunes and found this one, which I don't think has been heard here. It's from the CD "Songs from the Heart" and played on my Bourgeois 00 (that has since flown the coop). That guitar gave me a bunch of tunes!! It's fun to look back and catch a few of these! Hope you enjoy,
Fred

Thank you, Bob!!! It's an interesting tuning which I discovered some years ago. Standard tuning,
Capo 4, covering strings 2-6 leaving the high e string open. Brings out some interesting sounds.
Hope all is well with you!
Fred

Very cool tuning, it didn't sound quite like most of your stuff.

I've done the opposite--leave the low E string uncovered, capo at second fret-- gives you drop D but retains fingerings from standard tuning. I'm lazy

Fred, that was absolutely beautiful - great sound with that unique tuning! Your playing is so expressive which makes the most out of that tasteful composition. Great work!

Wow Fred!

That was really lovely! What an incredibly sweet sound from that Bourgeois 00. I would never know that was such a small body guitar based on the sound, too! And what a lovely recording!

Very well done!

- Glenn

Good morning, Glenn! Thanks for listening and the kind words! So, appreciated!
Yeah, that little Bourgeois (Adirondack/Guatemalan RW), might be my "one that got away"....it was sold to make way for the Vines Artisan so I'm not complaining.....but it was a super guitar.
I'll have to look to do more in this tuning and this tune reminded me of that.
Hope you are well, Glenn and thanks again!
Fred
