Default Hobbit Name Generator

Hey, in another thread I pondered my Hobbit name and found this generator. I'm so thrilled and delighted with my hobbit name I just had to share. It's almost as good as second breakfast!

Orangeblossom Smallburrows of Sandydowns

I fancy myself more an elf. Therefore, my elf name...

Erestor Melwasúl

does just fine.

That's is very fine, Erestor, but you have a pretty nice Hobbit name.

My elf name is:.......
Celebriän Oronrá

I wondered if there were others like a Wizard name generator, or Orc (do Orcs even have names? - Hey that's a good song title!) but there's just the 2.

Furthermore, I'm going to guess that the originator of those webpages, Chris Wetherell, fancies himself an Elf as well.

His Elf and Hobbit names, are, respectively, Eámanë Elendil and Lila Peatfingers of Brockenborings.

Didn't like my Hobbit name...I was a Sackville-Bracegirdle.

Isil Tasardur sounds OK. Wonder if I'm Noldor? Probably Silvan.

That's the most "normal" one so far. At least as far as a Hobbit name could be considered "normal."

Of course, you folks do know that the hobbit & elf naming sites are merely conduits into a sophisticated phishing operation, and even as I type your accounts are being drained by orcs!

Well I have a fairly unique surname, old Briton in origin that would look very much at home in a Tolkien trilogy but came up with a hobbit name "Willbald Overhill of Rushy" & the elf name "Angrod Isilrá".
