Default free CD/DVD/burner software ???

After recovering from a lost hard drive, I lost my CD burning software.

Can anyone recommend a good and free CD/DVD burner program ?

TIA

What's your operating platform? I use Windows media player in Windows 7.

I would recommend CDBurnerXP.

I've used it for many years, it works well with Windows 7/Vista too. Very stable, reliable, and easy to use. Best of all, it's free.
