Default New guitar for my red guitar collection by master luthier Tom Ribbecke!

I am very excited to share some pictures of a very exciting one of a kind guitar created by Tom Ribbecke for my Red Guitar Collection!

I will share pictures from the start to the end of the project...

At first just for fun, I will do a guitarmaking strip tease... No infos, just pictures to put you in the mood! And I sure hope that the waiting is worth it!

So there you go... The first pics of the guitar to be delivered at the next Montreal Guitar Show

I'll be watching this as well. I've been gassing over the Ribbecke Halfling for a while now. I can live vicariously through this thread...thanks for sharing the process with us.

Hmm. Looks to be a reverse teardrop.

You've reviewed your trademark rights vis a vis Messrs. D'Angelico, D'aquisto, and Monteleone?

Sorta like the one Howard Emerson has here......only backwards.......and with a different type of soundhole.

Tom

Can anyone tell me how to make this picture bigger?

Do you have a picture of your current Red Guitar Collection, to which this one will be added? I'm intrigued.

My goodness, those are stunning-- each a work of art. I especially like the facets archtop. Those are actual "facets," yes, and not just a trick of the finish? Even if not, I love the shading.

Thanks for posting the pictures.

THese are actual facets in the top's wood of the Beauregard's red.
Having seen it at the Montreal Guitar Show last year, it is stunning.
Brilliant idea, brilliant execution.

(the rest of the collection is no slouch either)
