Relaxing play along
Hi all,
I've made some 2-minute play along videos on Youtube. The exercises are easy to play, and are designed to be relaxing and almost meditative when playing along. Am I on the right track with these? Are they easy and fun, or are they boring and stupid!? Should I make more of them? Any response and opinions would be greatly appreciated! //Tobias Guitar Wax |

Hard for me to comment. It's not really aimed at my level. But nicely done anyways.

I like the concept
I would consider adding one or two more partial scale note runs Another interesting thing I noticed, which I had not thought about before is that the neck diagram (standard depiction that it is) actually runs the opposite direction to video of your playing the guitar. Do not know if it could be done any other way.... but it did distract me momentarily

I like the concept as well.
As Kev noted the fact that the video and graphics run in opposite directions could be a problem. Its not that long ago that I left my 'beginner' phase behind. I would have found this distracting rather than helpful. Maybe moved the graphic through 90 degrees, like a chord diagram? |
