First off, is my account even still here? It's been like 2 years since I've posted anything! Life just has gotten in the way - moved to Dallas and back to Abilene and now to San Antonio in the time since my last post! Needless to say there's not really been any time for guitar in the past two years; save for a few short sessions. Things are calming down now so there should be more time for it.
Nonetheless, this past Friday I went to the dreaded GC (yeah, feels kinda dirty I admit) to play around, and without expecting to, wound up walking out with this thing: I have to say it's about the easiest playing 12-string I've ever laid hands on. Very comfortable to hold and on the hands. The sound output is also quite surprising for such a small guitar. It didn't take long for me to decide it was mine. Anyway, maybe now I'll be better at posting more regularly! LOL!!!

Will do, Taylor Ham. I don't imagine there's any inherent danger doing it that way or they wouldn't, but I will say it is a bit strange.

Great choice! I had a 562ce for a few years (until I realized I didn't have a need for a 12 string anymore). Those GC 12-frets are super comfy to play, sound wonderful, and have a bigger voice than you could even imagine with a small body. Enjoy your new beauty!
