I like the "DS version of 'Sounds of Silence'". Although taken by surprise at first because he's basing it on the Disturbed version rather than S&G.

Interesting, kinda ok version. To me, he’s channeling Spirit’s “Taurus” and DS’s “Brothers In Arms” as the basis for this interpretation.

That's interesting....I hear parts of other DS songs in the makeup.
Can't think of them and "heaven" without hearing this one in my head.

Laszio Buring, the fellow who recorded this brilliant Stairway/DS sendup, is an excellent guitarist and (obviously) a huge Dire Straits fan as you can see on his channel. Some other gems in there include his Sultans of Swing solo if done by Pink Floyd, and an excellent Voodoo Child on acoustic 12-string.
