Default Taylor ES2 wire harness question

I have a question regarding a loose wire harness. I noticed this morning (see below) that a white clip was loose. It looks like it was affixed to the side of the upper bout.
1.) is this just a clip to keep the wires together?
2.) if so, does anyone have suggestions on an adhesive to use to glue it back?
thx!IMG_5966.jpg

A small piece of 2 sided carpet tape. I personally like 3M interior grade.
