Thank-you! I just added it to my Watch Later list and I just Subscribed to 5 Watt World. I've seen some of their videos in the past and they have great content.

Thanks for posting, that was fun. I played a gold top Les Paul around 1969 and it was incredibly heavy. At the end of the night you felt like a golf caddie. I can't imagine what the weight of that double neck was like.

SG’s are featherlight to begin with, so my thoughts would be that a double neck SG would still weigh less than those boat anchor LesPaul’s he was playing!

And how come this isn't in the Electric Guitar sub category? Im surprised.

If you watched the film (and actually read my original post) there is a substantial amount about Page's acoustic guitars. Martin D-28s. Harmonys. Gibson J-200s, etc There are a lot of acoustic songs in Led Zep's catalog, you know.

My feeling was the electric gang would really enjoy the video I was happy you posted. No more, no less. And for the record, I’m a really big fan of Led Zep. No worries.

I've picked up an EDS-1275 before. They're a little over 12 pounds. Not just an extra neck, you're talking a full extra set of pickups, tuners, etc.

I agree. However, I suspect that the people who read the electric guitar subforum on the Acoustic Guitar Forum probably read the acoustic guitar subforum as well.
