Default Inisheer Guitar (arr. Pete Huttlinger) & Fiddle

This is me and a friend (on the fiddle). He’s an amazing musician. Home recording. I am no expert but tried to get the levels about right. I think the harmony lines here are beautiful.

The guitar is basically Pete Huttlinger’s arrangement (Drop D tuning cap on 5, in G). I played my 000-28.

Thanks for listening.

Ps the picture is of Inis Oirr - if you can go there do.

I liked it much. Very nice picking and fiddle playing there. Great guitar tone, too.

Thank you very much for listening - that's very kind of you to say.

I listened to some of your tracks on your website - you're a great player! I'm even more humbled by you kind words.

That was really well done, Coler! Good sounds! It's always good to make music with someone else.

This is lovely Coler, the two of you sound great together. Do you have any friends who play the pipes? That would sound amazing on this type of tune as well.

PS. Don't sell the Martin.

Hey thanks - sorry I missed this.

I do know a piper and you are right - they sound amazing including on this one. We play it in a local session fairly regularly. I havn’t got a recording of that though.

The martin is…not sold

Such warmth and resonance. Absolutely lovely!
I'd like to play with the panning on this one.
