Price drop. Motivated to move.

Original thread has been edited but to summarize I am asking for $4,500 total, I will take care of shipping from Tony's workshop, and transaction fees.

Have a good weekend all!

What is the depth at the tail? How would you describe the neck?
Thanks.

Hello J, I will need to ask Tony about the depth specifics before I get back to you as I did not measure it previously. However I can say with some confidence having spent a lot of time with it that it falls in the min 4.5 - max 5.0 category, its not a thinline. I am 5'4 and I have a small frame, but I do not find the Signature body overwhelming - so most people should have no issues with it. Ergonomically I think when this model was conceptualized it was meant to produce a dread-jumbo tone without having to deal with the size of those monsters.

The neck has a nut width of 1.75". Comfortable slim profile to normal C, somewhere in between. It plays fast and it is maintenance free because of the satin finish.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, thanks.

Hi sorry for the delayed response. Just got this from Tony. The depth at neck is 3 7/8 while the depth at tail is 4 3/4.

Happy weekend.

Man, Ziricote just might be the most beautiful looking wood out there.. if not then it is definitely one of them.

I've never played a Ziricote guitar, at least not a solid bodied one. I imagine it sounds just as amazing as it looks!

Thanks for your kind words! One of the main reasons I chose Ziricote in the first place was because of its sheer beauty, and this set really has it all. In spades! The tone is somewhat reminiscent of the usual dalbergias, although it is not a member of the family, while it also carries tonal characteristics from the Ebony spectrum. This set paired with the Italian Alpine Spruce gives a very sweet and musical high end while the bass is not boomy at all.

If Cocobolo and Macassar Ebony had a baby together it would be Ziricote!
