Soundhole Cover
I know someone out there can help me. There is a product that covers your sound hole while you are plugged in to a amp or a PA system. This reduces feedback. Also would be nice for practicing too. In Guitar World "ACOUSTIC" magazine issue #51 turn to page 12 Michelle Branch. Look at her guitar I think it is a 614ce but look in the sound hole that is what I want. Can someone help me if so please reply!

I did not look at the picture you referenced but what I used to use was a black rubber piece that fit in the soundhole and was called a "Fuzz Buster". I would think that they would be readily available at guitar stores and on-line suppliers such as FQMS.
Hope that helps.

Uh CaptBill has the right idea but I believe it's called a "Feedback Buster." Isn't a fuzz buster a radar decector brand?
Anyway, look here, I think this is what you're talking about: http://www.stringthis.com/foncolgreenb.html Oh yeah, and ask about the size - I'm pretty sure they come in different sizes for different size sound holes. |

There is also a product called a Lute hole cover. It is wood and had holes cut in a decorative fasion to help dampen the sound coming out of the hole. It might be another option.

If you had an Ovation, you just put on the Tupperware lid.
