Default Damage to the top... steer clear?

Hey gang.

I’m looking at this guitar that’s for sale it has this damage to the top. The seller is a reseller and doesn’t have any info on it. Is it anything of concern? Could a Luther fix it and make it new? Would you just play it with the beauty mark or avoid it.

Bill

It will never look like new again. But it does appear to be just cosmetic.
