Default New Mando/Guitar Duo - Cahalen Morrison and Eli West

My string band and I played a bluegrass festival this past weekend and got a chance to see many great bands. However, a duo consisting of Cahalen Morrison and Eli West really caught my ear and stuck with me. They've got a great sound that has its feet in several different traditions making for a great sound. Not to mention their beautiful instruments made by Fletcher Brock including an A5 mandolin, a guitar-bodied octave mandolin (which I am badly GASing for!) and an absolute beast of a 12 fret, slope shoulder dreadnaught.

They recently filmed a video for the Fretboard Journal- it's a good 'un. Enjoy.
