Default Rest in peace "Old Man." (Richard Harrison from Pawn Stars has passed.)

Yup, I know the show is fake, and I know that it's scripted. However, I still enjoy the entertainment and the cool stuff they show and the history in behind it all (and I know that the history is not from memory).

In any case, it looks like The Old Man is no longer with us.

Yeah hard fight with Parkinson’s disease. He wasn’t that old at 77. Show was fun to watch.

Same sentiments as you stated. I enjoyed the Old Man because he wasn't as big of a drama queen as his son and grandson. I haven't watched the show in a few years, because I thought it had run it's course.
RIP "Old Man" Harrison.

I enjoy Pawn Stars for the history part of it. Don't care for the drama and scripted parts. Nevertheless, he was a funny guy and a Navy veteran. RIP Old Man!

I was surprised when I watched Pawn Stars for the first time about 5 years ago and liked it - very much. "the old man" was a part of that. Seems like he wasn't in very many (if any) episodes recently.

RIP Richard.

What a great curmudgeon. I remember one episode where he said he was in such a good mood, that he might just smile. Really enjoyed how Rick and Corey had the old man’s 1966 Imperial convertible restored as a surprise.

We have antenna TV and no longer get the show, but we still enjoy watching that show when we travel.
