Default NGD

So, the wife and I drove the 65 miles to the "big" city for her appointment today. Had a little time on our hands . . . ended up in the acoustic room at GC . . . spied a Martin 000-15M high up on the wall . . . ended up joining the Martin brotherhood. They put fresh strings on her (no, not the wife) and gave me 10% off, couldn't resist.

I will have to start looking for a pickup, reading a lot of good things about the wireless Skysonic FS1.

Paul

Congrats. Not familiar with the Skysonic p/u but I use K&K mini's in my Martins? That all mahogany 000 is just sweet...enjoy!

Those are GREAT guitars! You did good. Congrats on a super musical, inspiring guitar with a classic Martin voice and tons of inspiration waiting for the music to blossom from your fingers! :-)

Hi Paulin,
That’s a keeper. I find 000s very comfy to play. I’ve played quite a few of the 15s—really good guitars.

Congrats! (And welcome to the brotherhood.)

I've had my 000-15m for almost a month now, and still can't get over how wonderful it is to play.

The circumstances of my purchase are remarkable similar to your own. I wandered into GC looking for an amp, saw the 000-15m hanging on a wall, played it, bought it.

Wasn't until I got it home that I remembered I was supposed to be looking at an amp.

Funny, all of my in-store guitar purchases have been by accident.
