Default Amazon Prime Video - subscribed

Last night I subscribed the Amazon Prime Video Canada. Thanks to those who provided input in another thread. I've had Netflix for years but I've watched all the content that I want to see.

First show I started is Jack Ryan series.

Anyone else have Amazon Prime Video? I take it Prime Music is another service I would need to pay for?

I've got Prime. I enjoyed the Jack Ryan series. I'm also a fan of Bosch, The Expanse, and The Man In The High Castle. I don't know anything about Prime Music.

We subscribe to Amazon prime and both Amazon video and Amazon music comes with it. Also Amazon photo. Pretty much Amazon owns me.

Another prime member and a fan of the Jack Ryan series, as well as other streaming shows. Also appreciate the quick ( sometimes next day) delivery service.

Definitely check out Patriot. One of the best shows no one talks about. It is honestly one of my favorite shows of all time... dark humor that's brilliantly done.

Hi Dru. Yep, I have had Prime video for a while and, Yes, Prime music is another charge. I find that as I go through different streaming options such as Hulu etc..some I keep and some I don't, like Sling

Check out the "Sneaky Pete" series on Prime Video. I just finished the first season and it's pretty good.

Definitely another vote for 'Patriot', 'Vikings' and ' The Man in the High Castle'. 'The Expanse' is one of my all time favourite sci-fi shows too. Other good series I've watched on Prime worth a look at are 'Black Sails', 'Hanna', 'The Handmaid's Tale', 'The 100' and 'Carnival Row'. 'Good Omens' is a must watch too. I also recently enjoyed Season 1 of 'Utopia', then realised it was a remake of a British series, of which Prime also has seasons 1 & 2. I started watching it and wasn't impressed: it's probably the first American remake of a British series I've preferred to the original.

Me too. My family shops online like crazy. We save many hundreds of dollars in shipping each year with Prime. There are some pretty good music documentaries on Prime.

Music Unlimited last time I checked was around $15 a month but it has darn near everything. If you are willing to limit it to one device you can order from Alexa directly on your Echo (which can be transmitted to a better speaker if desired) for about 4 bucks a month. That's what I do. With the Echo in a corner in my kitchen it sounds pretty good.

If you like song writing and acoustic guitars, watch Barnegie Hall. It is Verlon Thompson with a different song writer on every episode. It is outstanding.

You can get lost for days in their music documentaries. There are so many excellent ones.
