Default Need help from the Mods - PM mail box issue

Hope all is well mods. Seems to be a glitch with my IM box. I deleted some mail to make room, and though it says I have 39 messages, it also says my PM box is 100% full. I tried sending a PM about his but for obvious reasons it did not go through. I assume I’m not able to receive messages as well

Thanks for your help in fixing this issue, and for all you do!!!

Have you deleted your "sent" PM's? I believe they might be part of the count. If you look for the "Inbox" button, click on that and you should se an option to click on "sent."
Let me know if this helps, and good luck!

Thanks for the response.
Yep, delated both from the in and out box. I did get your PM but could not respond due to being "100" full. I have 5 messages in my inbox and 35 in my out box that i saved.

Tried from a variety of places, including tablets, phone and laptop. No rush to get it fixed but just wanted to make the Mods aware of the issue, and perhaps to see if others are having this issue.

Isn’t a registered user limited to 20 messages total? I get a 90% full warning when the total (inbox and sent) approaches that number.... clearing the cache is a good idea.

were you by any chance a charter member -whose annual membership has expired?

It happenedto me last time mine expired but as I was not warned, I didn't realise, and had to delete some pms that I wanted to retain.

Maybe you just need to send funds for your charter membership?

Ding ding ding. Must of happened within the last 24 hours. Time to re-up my membership. Heading out the door but will do it when I get home. Best $25 I spend each year. Thanks for the heads up.

Yep, your charter membership expired yesterday, so in reverting back to a registered user status, your PM box max became 20. To avoid this in the future, you have the option to select auto renewal on the anniversary each year.
