Gluboost for touchup after bridge reset??
Is anyone using the Gluboost "Fill n Finish" product to touch up the lacquer finish around the bridge on resets? Or, what is your preferred method? Thanks!!

I have used CA for touchup, but on lacquer finishes, I prefer using lacquer. CA tends to be harder than lacquer, and will often show a witness line or raised surface after buffing.
CA works better on the polyester finishes that are common on Asian guitars. |

Thanks John,
Do you typically brush it on or do you like to spray better? Thanks, Bill |

If you are talking about some Nitro chipping away at the edge of the bridge foot print then more likely you would be doing drop fills. You can use a tooth pick or a very fine and small artist brush and just drop fill and level back.
