Avenson ST0-2 experience?
Hello All,
I've picked up much good info/advice on stereo micing of acoustic guitars in this forum- but I have yet to see any mention of the Avenson STO-2 matched pair. I know that they're omni's, which may or may not be an issue for some folk. But for around $500 a pair, they sure get great reviews for 'uncolored' mics. Actually, those mics, from what I have read on other recording oriented forums, are said to be pretty darn nice! Personally, I like cardiod SDC's for my purposes, but heck, those are some nice mics!
