No they aren't selling off old stock, I bought two of the Chinese units and they were both counterfeit, and both failed or had problems that were identified very quickly, and so did forum member Midwinter. B-Band wouldn't honor any warranty on units sold through Chinese sellers for just that reason! I have since gone with all factory authorized sellers and have had NO problems with their pickups.

As far as I know, B-band is out of business, which is a shame, because I loved their pickups.
