Default Lattice carbon fiber and balsa bracing, adjustable neck

Hi all! I am a guitar maker from Argentina, in South

America. I want to introduce you my new guitar.

Acoustic Guitar, 600 mm string lenght, made of spruce

top, mahogany back and sides, cedar neck, lapacho

fingerboard and bridge, and ash headstock, binding and

rosette.

Internally, the top is reinforced with a lattice of

balsa wood and carbon fiber (as the contemporary

classical guitars) what allows smaller thicknesses than

traditional guitars.
An internal rigid reinforcement goes from front block

to the rear, allowing the placement of the neck, and

stiffens the body to allow vibrate isolatedly, but not

completely.

The neck slides into the cavity and is fitted with two

front and one back screw. Through a hole in the back you

can adjust another, which has no adherent function, just

for the neck angle.
To hide the top screws, a fingerboard extension adheres

to them with magnets.

Share yor comments and opinions if you want! Thank you!

Cool!

What's the deal with the really big falcate brace running from the neck block to the tail block? Is the back braced too, or does that brace take care of it?

Thanks! This piece of wood allows the neck to be attached without twisting the top or body by the strings tension. It doesnt touch the top or back. Additionally, makes the body rigid giving the top more vibration (as a speaker)

The back is traditional braced.

Haha i forget it! It sounds loud and low because the thickness (less than 2mm) and the light bracing. It is easy to play, it has short scale but wide fretboard, and as you can adjust the neck angle, you can experiment whit different string action.

Welcome to the forum and thank you for trying to advance the art.

Do you strive for a strong fundamental? Rich overtones? What SOUND are you chasing?

Chris

Good question Chris. I am trying to get a loud sound in spite of the small size body, and rich overtones too. I think that i need to improve in the trebble notes, more balanced tone.
