There appears to be no end to your talent on various instruments and production Glenn.

Excellent once again

Thank you Chuck!

How nice to hear from you! Thanks for your kind words! It's fun for me to do these multi-track recordings and videos. They are certainly a technical puzzle.

I hope you are doing well and that spring is coming your way!

Never heard the original, but I do like your version; voice, background voices and arrangement.

Very well done production ..That is actually a tune I don't remember but enjoyed it very much.

There was a time period late 70's early 80's for about 3 or 4 years when I simply did not listen to much music at all, and did not play much either.
Had a car with no radio and my home stereo had an integrated amp (no receiver ) so just albums and cassettes . So I guess this one falls in that time frame category.

Hi Kev,

Thanks for taking time to watch and comment! Much appreciated!

Many of JD Souther's songs were performed by either Linda Ronstadt or the Eagles. If you weren't paying close attention to their music, you could easily miss Souther's music.

I hope you and your wife are doing well!

I should have clarified I was aware of his name and even remember the name the " Souther-Hillman-Furay Band." Just did not remember that tune

Thanks Kev,

Yes, message received. Based on the responses to my doing a couple of JD Souther song covers lately, I don't think most people remembered either one of these songs ("You're Only Lonely" and "Faithless Love"). I appreciate your efforts to lend support, Kev!
