<<I want to master them,where do i start?>>

Doulos I started with a guitar scales poster I bought at a music store. But then I found out that the poster didn't have all the scales in all positions only the first two so then I bought a book but then I had questions and got stuck, finally I took music classes and had a teacher who encouraged me to bring IN my books and we worked then from front to cover.

It has been 6 or 8 months and only now is it all beginning to make a little sense, see my post below.

I am sure there are probably lots of sites on the online that has scales. Just remember that you have to go BEYOND just going UP and DOWN the scales!

good luck!

You can go two ways. You can start w/ the CAGED system or you can jump right in on major and harmonic minor scales. I recommend starting w/ the CAGED method. I'll send you a file.

Actually it came form a video car racing game called WHIPLASH. It was a name of a car. I liked it. Ironically I am also a martial arts instructor, so it fit. Pronounced nin-jAH'-toh.

Ninjato I understand the first part of it but don't quite really understand the second part.Ninjato, the first thing I must inform you is that my english is not as good as you and most of the TGFers and I've read the mail you sent me countless times!!!!!!argh..hehe
here are my questions
1)What is a pentatonic box?i've heard that term before-pentatonic but I don't understand what it means.
2)diagram you sent me?which diagram?I don't see any?or did i miss it?

hahaha, from the 2 questions above surely you know I don't understand a single thing from the second part of the mail.
