SOLD For sale is a 2021 Collings 001 MH traditional with a satin finish. This is an all mahogany Double-O 12-fret guitar. Comes with the Collings OHSC. Both are in excellent condition. Super light 12-fret guitar that produces a lot of sound for a double-O body. Very nice satin finish on the mahogany top, back, and sides. $SOLD shipped to the lower 48 or we can talk details of shipping if you’re outside the lower 48 of the USA.

Collings warmed up the voicing just a bit, with a deeper bass response without sacrificing clarity. This is achieved by using animal-protein glue on the braces, leaving out the tongue brace, lightening up the bracing and bridge plate, and going for a thinner nitro finish. This 001 is a historical favorite size for the all-hog treatment. The warm, woody tone is sure to please, and the size of the guitar is incredibly comfortable. The sound isn't small at all, thanks to the increased bass provided by the 12-fret configuration. 1 3/4" nut, 2 5/16" saddle spacing, short 24.9" scale, Traditional modified (soft) V neck profile. Full-body smooth satin finish. Waverly tuners, Stew Mac faux-tortoise bridge pins. Ebony pyramid bridge, ebony fingerboard. 1-style appointments including 3-ring rosette and b/w/b purfling.
