Default Sold: 2008 Martin CEO-4R

Martin CEO-4R - Sold

Description:

Built in 2008, I purchased this guitar new in 2010.

The CEO-4R is a limited edition Slope Shoulder Dreadnought guitar, featuring
Solid East Indian Rosewood back and sides and an Adirondack Spruce top.

The CEO-4R is Martin's answer to Gibson's slope shoulder dreadnoughts like the
Southern Jumbo, the J-45 and the Advanced Jumbo.

This guitar projects well with plenty of base and clear mids and highs.
Very responsive, taking well to heavy pick attacks.
This guitar has opened up nicely over the years.

Build Spec Highlights:
Body shape: Slope Shoulder D-14
Construction: Mortise/Tenon Neck Joint
Top: Adirondack Spruce
Top Bracing: Modified Hybrid "X" Scalloped
Top Braces: Solid Sitka Spruce 5/16''
Top Finish: Polished Gloss/ CEO4R 2002 Sunburst
Back / Sides: Solid East Indian Rosewood
Neck Shape: Modified Low Oval
Number of frets clear: 14
Scale Length: 25.4"
Nut Width: 1-11/16"
Bridge String Spacing: 2-1/8''
Fretboard: Micarta
Bridge: Micarta
Condition:
This guitar is in excellent condition. No dings, scratches or finish imperfections.
String Height:
Low E: 6/64ths
High E: 4/64ths

Interested... Does it have electronics and does it include the original Martin hard case? Thanks.

It comes with the original Martin Geib style case, but no electronics.

Okay, no electronics isn't a deal braker. I can deal with that later.

If I can manage to move one of my other instruments, I'll take her!

String spacings are too tight for my taste, but that is a Beautiful guitar at a Fantastic price.
