This is a connecticut built ovation and was built in 1973 according to the online serial # .. it is an early legend in overall good vintage condition....it has what looks like a couple finish cracks near the bridge and the reason i say finish cracks is because they cross the grain and not follow the grain...i could be wrong but that is what it appears to me...the truss rod cover is missing and the handle on the case is missing,it also has a small damaged area at the tip of the neck (the case not the guitar) ..it includes the original ovation manual and warranty card...i would consider trading this for a hoffee dreadnaught case or calton dreadnaught case....and maybe hoffee or calton banjo case (for resonator banjo)...or will sell fro $495.00 plus $95.00 conus shipping...thanks..pictures here>>> https://www.banjohangout.org/classified/100795

Those are definitely finish cracks. I have a 1969 and mine has loads of them. I think they actually enhance the ability of the top to vibrate [emoji1]. Seriously, they are very typical for an Ovation from that time. GLWS!
